FITT to Liveis a ministry to encourage people to become more spiritually and physically fitt in everyday living. This will be accomplished by attempting to increase awareness to unhealthy spiritual and physical habits in our lives.  We will join together to provide knowledge, experiences, resources and support to those desiring to live a more healthy, whole life.
We will be using the format of a physical fitness community realizing that though physical exercise reaps great rewards in this life, it cannot compare to the rewards of spiritual exercise for this life and the life to come.
Spend your time and energy in training yourself for spiritual fitness. Physical exercise has some value, but spiritual exercise is much more important for it promises a reward in both this life and the next.
 1 Timothy 4:7-8 (NLT)

FITT is an acronym common in the fitness community to determine a workout plan.
(F) Frequency of your workout,
(I) Intensity or how hard you will perform your workout,
(T) Time or duration of your workout,
(T) Type or types of exercises you will perform.
These are all basic considerations when working out physically. This acronym can also be useful in determining your spiritual fitness program as you consider the exercises you participate in to become spiritually fit.
